To balance user experience and business impact, I focus on understanding both user and business needs. I align with the company’s strategic goals and detailed user experiences through targeted workshops.

I view data as a compass rather than a strict rulebook. You’ll often find me analyzing metrics to develop an overarching hypothesis, which I then validate directly with users.

I believe it is essential to seek feedback on the idea itself, not just the final design. That’s why I dedicate minimal time to creating a prototype that closely resembles the actual experience. I then test this prototype with real, representative users.

I believe the process will mature, and we will be able to go through it more easily and more quickly each time by reacting quickly to new information.
